Unfortunately, at times, unforeseen turnaround happens in a business that has nothing to do with the reputation of the business. Personal reasons on the part of the employees can come into play, and people that are not representing our company in the manner in which we expect, may also leave the company. It is not a reflection of bad business practices, it is a reflection of trying to get the best people employed to represent our company.
