(June 29, 2023, 5:23 pm)Dr Shelby is the definition of a strong independent woman. She got places to be and things to do. That being said appointments may seem rushed or blunt BUT I have never had a Dr more knowledge or willing to take action than Dr Shelby. After struggling for months with my primary over alopecia, Dr Shelby immediately put me on a routine and was trying to get to the bottom of my condition. The results are proof themselves that she knows what she's doing and cares about her patients.
Don't let the negative reviews deter you, trust Dr Shelby and show her respect and you will have results and action.
(June 13, 2023, 11:53 am)I have an appointment I did not wait very long the staff is always good the doctor always prides herself on having a personable and professional staff. People are always complaining about waiting too long. they must understand not all patients have the same symptoms and sometimes it will take longer than others. I personally would rather have the doctor take her time communicate with me and address my issues then just walk-in walk-out
