Months ago before the shut downs Dr. Cain answered the phone off business hours set me an appointment he had one assistant basically did everything himself. Today I got my crown in I wasn't set up for it but he even did a cleaning before his next patient.. This is what everyone should look for in any doctor. From the lady that answered the phone, to the lady that greeted us and walked us back, to the amazing gentleman that took good care of my son, was just beyond my expectations. Great and kind employees. I wanted to specifically point out the amazing gentleman Tyler who took great care of my son. My 5 year old son with Autism was very scared and nervous and Tyler was so good at calming him down which hasn’t been possible by anyone else in 5 years. He patiently made my son feel comfortable in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to Parents out there. I am just beyond grateful Tyler was kind and gentle with my little one. “I looked up dentists near me for myself and my family and this place is the only place that has 5-star rating so i got myself an appointment. April scheduled my first visit, she was very friendly and helpful. Erin (hygienist) made my first visit really comfortable and easy. I am not afraid of dental visits but the only times i go to the dentists is when i need a tooth pulled. I can see myself getting regular dental visits ? from here onwards. Erin is amazing at her job. “Dr. Tom was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy she did! I needed a tooth pulled and had waited a WEEK for my other dentist to "fit me in" to pull it.(among other irritating things from the OTHER dentist) My pain was excruciating. Dr. Tom's office was able to get me in the very next morning of my phone call. I have a fear of dentists, as most of us do probably! It told him all about it and he said he totally understood and was SUPER SUPER SUPER kind and gentle to me. He pulled my tooth painlessly. Woo Hoo! He even called me that evening to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. And I am. Totally. The slight discomfort that I might feel today is NOTHING compared to the pain I was feeling for the last week. His staff is equally sweet and kind. I will never forget how they treated me.
