My lenses came back from the lab in a few days, as opposed to the week+ that I was expecting. When my child needed a new pair of glasses, I didn’t hesitate to bring her to the same location. Again, the associate working with us (Adair) was incredible. He had a great demeanor with my child and took the measurements for her bifocals twice, ensuring they’d be accurate. He also clearly explained what insurance would cover, and what needed to be paid out of pocket. Excellent service from store #241! I will easily recommend them to anyone needing new glasses.”
