“I was able to get my thread cutter fixed. I give it four stars because they did not fix or tell me they couldn’t fix the cutter that cuts bobbin thread when inserting bobbin in case. I found the part on EBay and was able to fix for about 12 dollars. I had the machine at Bobs for 2 months and they did not fix problem. So I took it back and they said it would be front in line. Was not. About a month later took to Bernina and am very happy now.”

Update 5/29: After having missed scheduling an eye exam for the last two years I am proud to report that Eyes of NM is still delivering top-notch care and professionalism for their customers. I highly recommend checking them out! Called at about 1:30 yesterday, and was able to get into an appointment at 2:40. The office has been very clean and well put together every time I have been there for a visit. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of encountering were very professional, friendly, and explained every step of the way.
