“Wow wow wow. The level of care Dr Richter provides his patients is above and beyond! My 16 year old tore her acl and meniscus and had to have surgery as the pandemic hit. As a parent this was very scary. Dr Richter is an amazing surgeon and allowed her to go back to her sport much faster and stronger than expected. We saw him through covid and could not be happier with the outcome and care she received. I would highly recommend Dr Richter to anyone who has an athletic kid who has knee problems, he is amazing!!! Even her coach is amazed at how well she has done post surgery. We are lucky to have such a skilled Dr. in Albuquerque. Thank you!”

Nice, big and comfortable bed with refrigerator and chocolates on the bed. Staying in the room felt safe and was quiet. Only the surrounding area felt sketchy. Recommended.”

She is open and supportive of all aspects of my regiment both biological and alternative medicine. During my appointments with Dr Dean she discusses my lab results and other tests in detail. If I have a question about adding a vitamin or alternative she looks up all factors and then we discuss how adding it will affect me. All members of the center’s staff are professional and friendly.
