In a way I want to keep her to myself, but seeing a low rating from someone who hadn't even seen her, I felt was unfair & wanted to set the record straight. The front desk receptionist, is great! If you have to hold, it's because she's providing excellent customer service to another human being & rest assured she'll provide you that same great service. Printing services seem decent and staff are friendly. Prices are a tad high but given the quality of material and it's ready availability it's worth the cost.
