Kim showed me around a few months ago, so I was familiar with the service and the program and the pricing. Walked in today, ready to rent. Joe and Kim set me up, was in and out in less than half an hour. Joe, Kim, thank you!

Kimberly is THE BEST. We were looking to store our Promaster 2500 van in a temperature controlled drive up unit the day before a blizzard. Our chances were slim but Kimberly not only had a unit, she helped measure and direct the van in with such a positive, optimistic attitude it was a total breath of fresh air in hearing so many “no”s from other places we won’t name. Our van fit perfectly and we were so assured it was in good hands. She helped us get in on a special deal and explained all the contracts and paperwork so we could sign with confidence. 10/10 would recommend.

She gave me a good understanding how your payment system is set up and what to expect on a monthly basis , and gave us clear directions on how to make use of the storage facility. Kimberly was very kind and considerate. I I could not help but notice how clean and well-kept everything is. I will recommend the storage facility to others.
