Wonderful place for a little getaway. Perfect for views and enjoying nature - got to hear a choir of coyotes in the night. Saw the stars under the dome of the Yoga Yurta. Made food in the cute outdoor kitchen - very functional! Only downside was the shower had a big gap with no cover, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. However, everything else was amazing. Giant swing made me feel like a kid again.
I am so happy we found this place. It was one of my favorite parts of our vacation to New Mexico. What a beautiful, unique and peaceful place to stay. We stayed in the Chi-Treehouse and it was perfect. It felt comfortably secluded and private. I loved the little outdoor kitchen area, perfect for making coffee in the morning, and the outdoor shower was exhilarating! The bed was extremely comfortable; I now understand why everyone says they had the best sleep of their lives in the treehouse - me too! Everything was clean and tidy. Gregory was so nice and friendly. As birders we loved all the birdwatching we could do from the moment we woke up in the morning! And we also really loved that we could compost our food scraps. Can't wait until we can come back!!
My wife and I stayed in the treehouse and we absolutely love this place! It’s everything that we’d hoped and more. It’s has nice little kitchen area that has basically everything you could need and a quaint little sitting area for breakfast. The fire pit is set up for grilling which we took full advantage of. The facilities are fully stocked and well kept. The bed is surprisingly comfy and it comes with a warmer that makes it cozy even on colder nights. The management are friendly and easy going. Beautiful sky. Beautiful mountain scenery. We honestly could not have had a better experience.
Truly magical. My wife and I stayed one night in the tree house and it was the best night's sleep I have had in years. The eco villa is mostly self sustaining with solar panels and water reclamation part of the sustainability projects. Specially designed walking paths consisting of recycled wood chips provides a comfortable walking experience and the newly built yoga platform was a work of art. The outdoor shower is wonderful as a thunderstorm struck just as we got in the shower and the hot water from the shower combined with the cold air from the thunderstorm was bracing and exhilarating. Oh, the host also built for us a huge fire in his specially designed firepit to make the evening even more enchanting.
The best hipcamp I've ever stayed at. The host thought of everything to ensure comfort and safety and peace. From solar lights to light all paths, bug spray, sunscreen, chairs in all the spaces throughout the property for relaxing... it was designed to really feel like home. The landscape is beautiful and accomadations better than we imagined. Best sleep of our vacation!
