“Well trouble is something that demands immediate attention and generates a lot of fear that it's going to cost a fortune; I have done business with Charlie's for years. We recently had a problem and Leonard came over on the same day I called, checked the tank and switches and concluded that there was a problem with the pump and he'd have to pull it up. His truck was here the next morning; they pulled the pump and found a bad check valve, but took the pump back to their shop for testing. At this point, a disreputable contractor could have said "Your pump is shot..." and I would not have know the difference. But Leonard came back with good news, replaced the defective check valve and gave me a bill that was really a pleasant surprise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone needing water well service or repair in Albuquerque, Corrales, Placitas, or anywhere else you can talk them into going!”

“Kevin and Sammy at A-1 Mobile Tire Service were great! We were traveling from California to Virginia and got a flat on our Fifth wheel camping trailer just outside of Albuquerque NM. We searched to find someone to help change out all our tires. We where able to contact Kevin at 10:30 pm and he was able to confirm availability of 6 new tires. He gave us an arrival time of 9:00 am and we were pleasantly surprised with a knock at our door and a smiling face to greet us as he arrived much sooner and got to work right away. The professional service we received from A-1 Mobile Tire service and the quality of the tires that Kevin recommend was outstanding. “Was recommended by several Audi ships in town to get an estimate. Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone. Lots of availability. When I arrived, they quickly saw to me and directed me to pull into the estimate garage. The estimate was done and reviewed with me. Maybe 10-15m altogether. Overall I was in and out much faster than I was expecting which was pleasant. Great CX. All staff were wearing masks. Nice location. Very clean and more modern feeling which inspired trust and confidence. No work done yet, just got an estimate.”

“After calling several places to find tires for my wife's car El Vecino had what I was looking for. None of the Wal-Mart locations had the correct tire sizes. A couple of other places claimed to have them but didn't actually and another locating closed early on Sunday. They were fast and reasonable with their prices. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone looking to get new or used tires.”

“Just purchased a new travel trailer from La Mesa. The entire team is amazing. this is the third RV I've bought from a dealership and have never has the amazing experience I had at La Mesa. Beginning with Ty Tanner from sales. He was patient and spent the afternoon helping me find the right trailer for my needs. Paul Belsher in Finance is absolutely amazing. He took extra time to make sure I understood the mountain of paperwork involved. He worked hard to make sure I got financed at the best interest rate possible. A lot of people just "do their job", but Paul knows his job and goes above and beyond with financing. A real asset when things "get real." Upon pick up of the RV Martin Hansen and trainee Dominic Gonzales spent well over an hour going over every part of the trailer in detail. They both went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything before I left. Martin definitely knows his products and Dominic is learning from a knowledgeable guy. Both have excellent customer service skills. I haven't had an opportunity to work with the service team yet, but if they are as amazing as everyone else I'm not worried. I definitely recommend purchasing from La Mesa in Albuquerque for a great deal and even better customer experience. These guys add value to the sale.”

“My battery died away from home. AAA provided jump and I was asked how I was going to replace it. Said I would do it myself. He advised against it as it was a hard job, since the battery was sort of buried underneath the hood. Took his advice and called the garage. They had the battery in stock, which actually surprised me as my vehicle is a 2014. Brought vehicle in, Joe workked on it as I watched and then understood why the AAA guy earned me about doing it myself. It got replaced, is working and my experience was great.”

“As soon as I drove up the young sales guy connected to the dealership from the shop came out and asked if I wanted water. I didn’t know where to park. I was in the wrong side of the dealership/shop 😬 He guided me to the correct parking area and before I even left he had came running back out the door with waters for myself and my toddler and a basket of snacks to choose from. Once I finally made it around to the shop, the mechanics at the front desk. One seemed like a huge intimidating guy who turned out to be sweet guy and the other young guy there was extremely intelligent. Surprisingly intelligent by what his age appeared to be. My daughter and I walked around and admired all of the vintage arcades and classic car displayed inside. My toddler even pretended to play on them. We also waited outside on a bench and inside in the nice sanitized seating area with more snacks for my toddler. I have never seen such a nice lounge area in a dealership before. The mechanics gave us a military discount and the handsome man that came out of his office in the dealership had an amazing smile. I would recommend this automotive place to any ladies who need help with their vehicle or looking to buy a new vehicle!”
