“When I was doing research to have my replacement dentures done, I came across a listing for Albuquerque Dentures and figured if it was in their name, they probably knew what they were doing. By the time I got around to seeing them, the name had changed to Norby Dental because they apparently do a whole lot more than dentures. Anyway, I'm so glad I stuck with them. Every associate I met with through the process was very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain each step in the process and were always sure to ask if I had any questions. They got me in on time for my appointments and didn't leave me waiting in the chair. Of course, the most important thing is the final product. I took delivery of my new chompers yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. The fit was excellent from the first time I put them in and I haven't had any problems with them at all. They seem less bulky than my previous pair and yet they seem to be staying in place much better. Re-adjusting to talking and eating is coming along much faster than I had expected. So very pleased. tldr - Got new dentures here. They're great. I highly recommend them.”

Each store has basically the same inventory, but some locations put out things sooner than others or aren't sold out of things that others are. Ridiculous as it sounds, that extra $0.25 per item and now the $3-$5 is hard to swallow. I have noticed the quality of the items on the higher priced aisle, are actually worth it though.”

The replacement was done EFFICIENTLY, unlike in the past when it took about three visits to repair. thank goodness after 60 years of trying to find a good dentist whose care is speedy and efficient, but also does not require a second home mortgage to pay the bill! Staff were ALL pleasant and thoughtful. Virus prevention was excellent!”

“The office staff is very professional and also very friendly. They even called me when I didn’t lock the door properly; actually leaving the unit unlocked even though my lock was locked. The unit I emptied today was just a small one, I have an additional one that’s one of the largest ones. It’s very easy getting to and from both units and the elevator worked every time to access the smaller unit. Carts were always available. Units were clean. Never too cold or too hot. All units are accessed from inside the building. Having a rear entrance saved me a lot of walking.”
