He advised against it as it was a hard job, since the battery was sort of buried underneath the hood. Took his advice and called the garage. They had the battery in stock, which actually surprised me as my vehicle is a 2014. Brought vehicle in, Joe workked on it as I watched and then understood why the AAA guy earned me about doing it myself. It got replaced, is working and my experience was great.”

“AFR Station House#4 responded to our call about seeing and smelling smoke so very quickly. Like us, they initially couldn’t determine the source of the smoke. They kept looking and asking questions until they located the source in an office-sized refrigerator motor that had seized up. Had they not been so thorough, it could easily have caused a fire. We are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by these members of AFR. We are so lucky to live in their area.”

“They always have low gas prices, the store is clean, well stocked and the lines go fast. The only bad thing I can say for this store is that there is a cashier that is not friendly and she seems to have no customer service skills what so ever, at times seems to be absolutely miserable to be at work. All the employees have always been amazing except for this one young lady. You say "hello" and get no response, she will not tell you the total of your purchase and when you say "Thank you, goodbye" again, no response, just a blank stare. I think this has to do with the fact she is young and has never had customer service experience before, never the less there is never an excuse for poor customer service. I will stand in a longer line with another cashier before I will go to her register.”
