“We had some furniture reupholstered and repaired this summer by Action Furniture: - Reupholster 8 dining room chairs - Repair the broken arms on one dining chair - Repair several dings in the wood and refinish the entire dining set (slate and hardwood with a cherry finish) - Repair and refinish a broken antique pine bet set (clear finish over "honey-pine" stain). They did a magnificent job filling the dents and matching the stain and finish on the wood. We cannot see the repairs, and the finish is better than new! In addition, they are terrifically nice people. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“My daughter has been taking voice lessons with Trudy since early September. She’s kind and gentle with her, which is spectacular because my daughter, like most kids her age, hates to be corrected. She thinks she’s already perfect. Trudy can take something that can be embarrassing (like singing publicly) and turn it into something fun and light. She has great ways of explaining things and silly ways to make things more fun, like the tongue stretches (hysterical to watch, not so much when you’re the one doing it!). Thank you Trudy for helping my daughter to be able to laugh at herself when needed and take herself seriously when necessary.”

“This review is long overdue. After a botched attempt at refinishing our floors by some random that our dirtbag contractor hired, the original wood floors in our house were nearly destroyed. We called Bruce to see if he and his crew might be able to salvage them, expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg. Not only were Bruce and his crew able to save our floors, but they did it for less than the general contractor was going to charge us. Bruce and his crew were amazing, incredibly professional, and worked some sort of magic to be able to save our 70-year-old hardwood floors after the carnage that had been inflicted upon them. That was 3 years ago and we're still amazed at how good the floors look. Please, if you have a wood floor that needs to be refinished, call Benchmark first.”

“Yes, Walmart still developes disposable cameras here in 2022! $10 + tax or $11 + tax for underwater cameras. Takes about 1-3 weeks. $10-$11 for all your photos and a CD of them too! Originally took my precious memories to a local shop (Picture Perfect Photo Lab) where they destroyed 2 rolls of film and tried to blame me, but they still charged me $18 for 2 photos they "managed to devlope". $18 for two 4×7 regular photos. What a rip-off.”
