JJ and his staff were tremendous! They took the time and made the effort to make sure that my Toyota Sequoia was PERFECT! I definitely recommend this location. Any issues, ask for JJ! He'll set things straight. This visit was a refreshing taste of good old fashioned customer service!

Good value. I have an SUV, back of vehicle didn't come out clean after first pass through (still actually dry in places-- I brought this to their attention, they and washed the back and ran it through a second time to insure satisfaction.

I purchased the monthly membership and I have been pleased with the west side attention to detail. I sometimes get my truck washed at one of the other near-by facilities, and I am always disappointed with the level of detail. The west side folks always have gotten it right for me on the first try.

I visited on 5/25/19 @ 5:40 p.m. & purchased the $21 wash. I was greeted with a smile, helped quickly & enjoyed a free bag of popcorn. I pointed out the visible bug grime on my bumper, grill & hood & it was cleaned completely. I didn't point out the bug grime on the windshield, so unfortunately had to clean it myself. Mister Car Wash enterprises overall should really invest in a "debugger" solution, as this is the second location this issue is apparent. In Spring/Summer in a hot environment with ooen roads & many road trips made, your service addressing this need is necessary.
