Jose went above and beyond for me. I brought tires in to have mounted on my rims the tires were 12 years old and he called me and told me he could not do it and then found some tires that were on promotion for my car. He did not have the tires at his store so he called another store he went and got them and had them put on the car. Great customer service I definitely recommend this particular Big O tires

I'm so glad Big o tires is willing to help customers the only reason we found out bigger tires because Firestone was too arrogant to provide us with proper service it's like you didn't care to have our business at Firestone we got tires wheel alignment and other parts that are front end needed just because they were a little bit more courteous we want those spending almost $1,000 that we needed to repair our car rather than just shoo us away era so thank you for say at Firestone for being so helpful

After meeting with several audiologists, I decided to work with platinum hearing. I’ve been very pleased with their attention to detail and willingness to allow me to try different hearing aids to make sure I got the one that was best for me. I recommend them very highly to anyone looking To get hearing aids. Especially if you are a first time user.

Dr. Kristen Clark was wonderful. She put me right at ease, which was important when you've been having sudden bouts of dizziness, tinnitus, and other odd happenings, with no real explanation. Her Office Manager, Lucila, was professional and friendly as well. Dr. Clark did a VERY thorough series of hearing tests on me after examining my ear canals and asking lots of essential questions about my symptoms. She is an unusual provider in that she takes her time with you. This is the most comprehensive hearing evaluation I've ever had. Wow. We discussed the results, and I came away with some mental relief and a path forward toward hearing preservation and tinnitus management. I'll be back next year for a follow-up test, definitely. Highly recommend if you want compassionate treatment at a high level of competency.
