  I attended Taru Fisher’s Introduction to Medical Cannabis class today. She provided very helpful information. The atmosphere was relaxed and I got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this Intro class if you are wondering where and how to get started with medical cannabis. Taru is not a medical practitioner so she is not dispensing medical advice, only education. Her class eliminates the many hours of tedious research that someone might go through to understand medical cannabis in New Mexico and medical cannabis as a source of healing. If you are curious about medical cannabis, I recommend contacting Taru Fisher and finding out when she is doing her next class.

  I really enjoyed the Medical Cannabis education class that Taru shared today. I learned a lot in a short period of time. Taru thoroughly presented the possible benefits of treating particular health issues with medicinal marijuana, as well as explained different delivery methods, and provided many takeaway resources we could refer back to if needed.

  Excellent program for me. I'm a senior who realized my muscles were getting less and less and decided I had to take some action. But I knew I needed help to do the RIGHT exercises. The Alive! Fitness Studio is exactly what I need - one on one instruction for a short period of time each week using equipment that focuses on each muscle group. Perfect! Highly recommend it.

  I've been working with James Bell at Alive!Fitness for several months now, and it's been a terrific decision. I hate "exercise" and the Alive!Fitness program gives me a meaningful workout in a short period of time. I also love the 1-on-1 environment, which keeps my "form" proper and safe, and pushes me to go just a little bit beyond what I "think" I can do, so that I see continual growth. It's also a great, friendly atmosphere where health rather than competition is the primary focus. I can definitely tell the difference in my core and upper body strength, and I notice that I recover faster now when I do an all-day show where I'm on my feet for many hours. You won't be sorry if you choose Alive!Fitness.
