Her knowledge and experience took a usually stressful process and made it easy to navigate. Natalie's ability to explain in detail the process of home buying and willingness to do it at my desired pace provided a sense of security that my family and I were in good hands.

(June 12, 2022, 10:00 pm)My son and daughter in-law used Natalie as their realtor when they moved from England and recommended her to my spouse and I when we decided to move from Pennsylvania to live near our children.
Natalie was instrumental in finding the perfect home to accommodate us and my 88-year-old mother in-law. Although we were working with her long distance, Natalie made us feel as if we were her priority and we were there in person. She conducted showings with us using facetime.
Natalie’s knowledge of the real estate profession reinforced our trust in her when providing us guidance and advice. Natalie suggested the offer amount we would have to make to be competitive on the property we purchased. She reassured us that she believed the house would appraise near or at the offer amount, which it appraised 14K over the purchase price. Her Creativity skills to construct our offer was vital for securing the property.
She provided sound advice when selecting a home inspector and what inspections we should buy. During the inspection review with the seller’s broker, she utilized her negotiating skills to secure a price reduction, roofing, and home warranties.
We could not have asked for a better agent than Natalie. Thank you for all you have done for us.

Also well equipped with detail road maps to rural parts that Gps don't pick up. They offer Notary, Lawyers, Farmer's Insurance, Tax services, builders, developers, Real estate agents, plus more with the Chamber of Commerce.

(June 6, 2022, 8:31 pm)Natalie has given me the most confidence as a first time home buyer. She was there every step of the way. She effectively advocated for me with the seller/sellers agent. Natalie helped me with decisions I didn’t even know I needed to make, explaining everything to me in words I could understand (without all the realtor jargon). When it came time to ask the seller to help fix some items from the inspection, she was able to guide me in response with ease. Overall, Natalie with La Puerta Realty was very knowledgeable and helped navigate the whole transaction without hiccups. I will definitely return to her in the future!
