I had my first appointment at Vision Source Rio mid-January of 2021. Despite the pandemic, business was moving efficiently and safely. The staff made me feel like I was a valued patient, keeping me apprised of what they were doing and why. The technology on site was impressive as well. My exam involved at least one machine I had never seen before as well as several other instruments that were all in excellent and clean condition. Additionally, the selection of frames was everything I was looking for. I came in with a broken pair of glasses (think Harry Potter with the tape), and I left with my same lenses in a brand new frame with an additional pair of glasses on the way. All my questions about insurance and billing were thoroughly and warmly addressed, and I knew exactly what I was paying for. If quality eye care from people who evidently love what they do is what you are looking for, this is the place for you. God bless you and your work, staff of Vision Source Rio! I had an appointment with recently and it was a great experience. The tech was very nice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dr. Clatanoff was very friendly as well, made me feel comfortable, explained all my options and made sure I understood all the things he was checking for in my eyes.

This exam and experience was probably the best exam, I’ve ever had. The exam done by a super nice and professional tech was very through. Everything done by technology which I liked, including that darn puff test! Dr. Estrada took the time to explain all the texts and made recommendations. So glad I found them!

The entire experience was super awesome. Each person we worked with was so very nice and helpful. This was our first time in the office and I think we found a new eye doctor! The office dog Dingo was cool too. My daughter really liked him. Thanks for a great experience!
