“The staff here are really great. Friendly, hard-working and helpful. However the facilities and equipment leave a lot to be desired, as support from off site maintenance teams and franchise/corporate is an area of major neglect. Whenever I visit the Santa Fe facility I am always surprised how much more well maintained the facilities are and that all equipment works as intended and all the toilets and sinks and hand dryers work at once.”
