Every time I visit this assisted care facility I am impressed with how they really care about its residents. The staff definitely seem to have lots of compassion. Especially I can tell that the activities program here is excellent. For example, they provide monthly birthday parties with good live music. This definitely seem to have positive effect on many residents! I highly recommend Genesis Rio Rancho.

I went to cut my mom and her roommates hair today and I had several residents requesting a hair cut being that your salon has been closed. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I am interested in obtaining information to meet the needs of all of your residents at a reasonable price.

I have an old friend I had not seen since Feb of 2020.i finally felt comfortable visiting her and she looked great. She's pretty lucid and understands and has an opinion about everything. I asked about her experiences. She never complained about anything. She looked happy. I'm glad she's OK. She's safe there.

My husband was at Rio Rancho Center for 5 months and I was there everyday (except 3!). I got to know a lot of the caregivers, nurses, aides and social workers and saw first hand how demanding their jobs are. Their genuine compassion and loving care of my husband was heartfelt and so appreciated! Even when the Center was understaffed, the existing staff remained professional and worked to do the best they could under the circumstances. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement. However I cannot tell you how much respect and appreciation I have for those who supported my husband and me during a difficult time. Thank you.
