My husband called Mitchell that evening, and by the next day (a Sunday) Laurie had emailed back. She personally delivered my husband's work bag (which had been accidentally packed) and arranged for a discount to make up for our being put through trouble with the packing. Later, when the handling company organizing our out-of-state move got shifty (refusing to say how much the move would actually cost, telling us we had to pay the full shipping fees up front) we called up Mitchell to see if they could handle packing the container and getting our goods on their way. And they could! Again, Laurie to the rescue. She communicated professionally, clearly, and quickly throughout the whole process. Gave us a price and stuck to it. (No hidden costs like the handling company.) When we unpacked at our destination, everything was in great condition and had been kept safe by the excellent packing job.
