Morris was nonjudgmental and met each of us where we were physically. He always geared the workout to what was going on with each of us physically that day. When I started, I had a shoulder "issue" and couldn't raise one arm higher than shoulder height, straight out from my side, but not over my head. His workouts included exercises to extend mobility for that shoulder, but, unlike PT, strengthened the rest of my body as well. Today I have full mobility on that side. I'm seventy- four and feel that I am still improving and gaining - not losing - strength, balance and endurance thanks to Morris.”

Coffee is nice and smooth and they have sugar free options as well. I ordered the flap jack and substituted the salted caramel with regular caramel to keep it sugar free. I will just say yum yum. My wife got a sugar free chocolate strawberry mocha sugar free. Think chocolate covered strawberry. Both very delicious. We also learned they do sell their coffee beans so we ordered some to try at home for potentially our daily drink. Overall, two experiences. Both very positive and delicious.”

“First off your king size bed was amazing! Very comfortable bed with the best pillows and comfy blankets that smelled fresh and clean. Rooms and and hallways also nice and clean and didn’t have that musty odour that a lot of other hotels do. Service was great. Gave us a fair price for 2 rooms. Enjoyed your breakfast biscuit before I left which was pretty good to. Those are the things that are important to me and for that you get 5 stars. Although there are some minor things that you could improve on. Stock the towel rack in the swimming pool area. And the doors to our rooms both could use an update.”
