  Dr. Lindsay is the best. My husband and I just found this location and started being seen here and its been a wonderful experience. I feel heard and listened to by Lindsay, I get my questions answered and shown care and respect as a patient. She truly cares about helping people and will do what's best for you. We switched to East Mountain after having a horrible, condescending, judgemental and rude experience with a doctor here in Edgewood at McCleod medical office, I do not recommend them at all. East Mountain has been amazing and so friendly. Each time we have been in they are so professional, timely, friendly, kind and caring. I truly appreciate this amazing doctors office and thanks to all the caring staff there!

  I've seen every doctor in this area and never felt they were taking me seriously or addressing my issues. This clinic is different. The staff here go above and beyond to be helpful and attentive. They never make you feel rushed to leave after two minutes. They're thorough and considerate. I feel this place has the most competent medical professionals in the area. Highly recommend.

  I am new in town and came by your clinic today to see if I could make an appointment and your front desk lady was extremely welcoming and kind. She provided me with all the information I needed. Wonderful service! If this is any indication of your staff I very much look forward too being a patient here.

  I recently took my mother in to be seen by Dr. Medford first she was a very experienced doctor and really showed her knowledge and caring for her patients. We will be blessed to have her as my mothers provider. One thing my wife and I both found the best part of the visit with was your exceptional front desk young ladies those two are gems. The first thing when you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and a couple of very professional ladies- Chantel and Lilyanna are wonderful. They were very welcoming and genuine. As my mother had a coughing fit in the waiting area Chantel grabbed her a glass of water with out being asked it was very much appreciated. Now the down side one of the assistants Makayla was not very professional and came off as immature we did not appreciate that, but the worst thing we felt was the office Manager was extremely rude- the way she speaks to the employees is very condescending and unprofessional- no matter what the situation is you dont speak down to others especially in an office setting. Plus she went out to her vehicle 2x for a smoke break and she was constantly on her cell phone not a very good example. We however will be back because the Doctor and your front desk were exceptional.
