I love the dedication and friendly staff. Dr. Averhoff has made a wonderful difference in my older cats health and with her guidance he is doing well again. Nice office and professional staff.

They treated our Buddy boy so well. My mom was very anxious taking their dog in as he had a pretty traumatic experience at a different vet. Dr. Coleman did his surgery (hip luxation), and when Buddy was picked up my mom was so pleased to discover he was not fearful like he was at the last place. It was obvious they treated him well and he had a comfortable experience. The place isn't just jam packed with people and pets (unlike somewhere else). Here, it was much more appropriately paced, making it far less stressful for the animals being seen. Everything was explained so well. We're very pleased and appreciative of their quick help to us, as well as their understanding of a stressed out pet parent who's feeling a bit uneasy. Thank you so much, we WILL be recommending this place to others.

Great docs, great staff. Very kind and compassionate. Highly recommend. 5 stars and then some. I feel my dogs are in excellent hands with this clinic, staff and very capable vets. I've been treated extremely well. Doc Coleman (Loki) and Doctor Hunter (China) were extremely compassionate when we had to help our two precious dogs over the Rainbow Bridge. I cant say enough about this great clinic. Highly recommend. Professional and kind. Extremely great communications at all times. They never let you down. When they say they will call you back, they do!

I've been coming here for years. I was recommended to VL and specifically Dr. Averhoff by a good friend of mine whose parents had (at the time) 7 dogs. This place had not only been an amazing regular vet for my 2 cats, but also, when one of them went into kidney failure, Dr. A and her team were able to diagnose him within days and get him on a treatment that saved his life. I'll always bring my fur babies here!

Always a good experience for my five dogs. Vets are knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. I feel I'm always in good hands .
