    Barbara Reynolds is the reason for the 5 star rating. She was very helpful, responded and cared about my concerns. If it wasn't for her I would have put a 3. David Chavez is definitely a top attorney. But his reception staff needs some skills in customer service. I'd say a 1.

    The Law Firm of David C. Chavez was unreal. David and staff kept me informed on what was going on. Did an awesome job to help me with my case. I recommend this Law Firm very highly.     I was having trouble with an insurance company after an auto accident. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault and received a citation for driver inattention. I receive a shoulder injury which later required surgery and complete replacement. David took care of the insurance company and I didn't need to respond to all of the questions asked by their agents. I received a settlement.
