(August 11, 2022, 6:11 pm)I found it very easy to rent a unit on-line. When I call the office they actually call me back. The 24 hour access is perfect for me because I work nights. The rates are awesome! I would highly recommend storing your stuff here.
(August 7, 2022, 6:14 pm)I truly appreciate that the owner contacts me when I forget to pay. Its 1 of those bills that slips my mind sometimes and I appreciate communication instead of just locking us out. She's always friendly on the phone as well.
(January 3, 2022, 4:21 pm)Just so people know when they first call, for the time being Casa Self Storage is using a call center. The guy was so rude to me. Spoke to Cameron, who is actually the new owner of the storage units and he was so friendly and helpful!! I always liked these units, never had a problem and I think these new owners are going to be great. Please don’t let anyone at the call center let you think otherwise, hopefully they won’t be using that company for long.

I highly encourage people to store all their personal belongings with Casa Self Storage. They are advanced with technology making registration, bill pay and, obtaining receipts easy access for their customers convenience.
