This is a very helpful location. I've always been able to get anything I needed within a visit, or sometimes even in an email. The people (Vivian was particularly helpful) are nice, and Brian Alexander is always friendly and able to actually recall who you are. That may sound like a weird compliment, but so many place I go, even daily, don't even know my name. State Farm, moreover, Brian Alexander is a good person to go to to get insurance.
Brian has been my agent for all my insurance needs for more than 10 years. As a former agent for a competing company, I understand the need for open lines of communication between the customer and agent to ensure the client receives the best coverage at the best price. Brian has always followed this focus as he has worked with me and I have found him to be one of the best agents, representing any insurance company in the area.
