Very helpful staff

The staff is very friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I had very little knowledge of what my son needed because I played trumpet and he was starting clarinet for his music class but they were there to help me for the whole process. I had an old clarinet that was given to me but I wanted to check to make sure it was working. The repair tech said that pads needed to be changed and maybe a few other tweaks but that he could get it playing and looking better. The price was more than reasonable considering how much that clarinet is going for brand new! The repair only took a few days and I couldn't believe that was the clarinet I brought it. It looked like a different instrument! The young lady also helped with the supplies we needed and was very helpful. I couldn't ask for better customer service. The quality of the work and the prices I paid for the supplies were very competitive to other places I checked. J Sharp Music earned a loyal customer!

Young lady at counter knew where things were, and knew what we wanted. Minor confusion about her knowledge of type of strings was needed though. Good store and environment 😁
