Andy always has a smile to share with his customers and, on occasion, would work with them if they had special needs, wether it meant dropping the price a dollar or two, knowing that he would get your return business, to getting the job out sooner because he saw you were in need. His son is the mirror opposite of Andy. An absolutely non compromising hard core person to deal with. He makes a statement as if to say that the customer should feel lucky that he is doing them a favor. If a customer asks if the price has gone up since I was there last, he was so happy to inform me that that is his price, and if you don't like it,,,, and with that he slid my boots back to me and practically asked me to leave,”
