I can't say enough great things about Ungerman. I contacted them on behalf of my elderly parents after an emergency with their electric meters. Susan and her staff were amazing, and made sure mom and dad were taken care of and safe as they worked. The team kept me updated, texted me pictures of their work as it progressed, and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was good. The work quality is excellent, even the National Grid tech said Ungerman went above and beyond. Amazing customer service, high quality work, and very reasonable rates. Couldn't ask for better.
