Ava is an absolute treasure. She fixed a mistake I made on the self-intake. Efficient, competent, and of course, kind.
    A pain free blood sample

It was my first visit , I had a great experience at this place, Ava is the best, she is so kind, helpful and professional. I strongly recommend this place for your laboratory tests.

Ava at this location is so wonderful - quickest and miss painless blood draw of my life (and I really hate them)! She is so friendly which puts you at ease. The reviews are true, she is worth it even if you have to travel to her.

Ava is a rockstar. I have since stopped going to the Washington avenue location (Albany my) because it took five people to stab me 12 times before sending me away because they could not draw me. As a former employee of quest diagnostics I understand how corporate medicine works and there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of training at the Washington avenue extension location. Ava is amazing (Central Ave Albany, my) and got me on one stick. Thank you very much and please recognize her talent

Ava is the absolute best, especially for children. My 7 month old needed a blood draw and they weren’t able to find a vein (chubby baby arm and wiggly child) at another location, they recommended going to see Ava… I understand why now! She was patient, kind, and incredibly skilled. The office was also clean and bright and very welcoming. LabCorp needs to hire front desk employees to help with the check in process, technicians should be free to focus on the amazing work that they are there to do and not forced to multi-task. …although Ava managed just fine :)
