(November 14, 2020, 11:10 am)I might be biased here since I left Progressive due to a horrible customer service interaction whereby they threatened to not renew my coverage if I didn't answer three questions (prompted only by me inquiring about ride-sharing coverage). That being said, Allstate has been great. They were a little bit more expensive because of my individual circumstances, but they worked with me to identify all applicable discounts. Also, the annual home insurance was $10 less.
