Maggard Information Associates

I work for a car dealership in FL and we have used Maggard Information Associates numerous times for any NY deals we have. They communicate very well & have a quick turn around process! I could not recommend them enough.

I work for a PA dealership and Maggard Information Associates was an invaluable help to us in trying to obtain a duplicate New York trade title. The messenger service that handles our out of state paperwork would have taken several weeks and lost the first batch of paperwork we sent to them. Ironically, we received a mailer from Maggard Information Associates and I immediately contacted them. We literally had a duplicate New York title in our hands in 5-6 days, before the 8-10 days that they advised. Any dealership knows how difficult it is to have to obtain a duplicate trade title for an out of state customer. If you need one from New York - I highly recommend them! They were professional, they made the paperwork process easy, and they followed through on their commitment to provide a title within 10 days! Exceptional service that is difficult to find today! I give them more than 5 stars!!!

I am a title clerk at a dealership and we have always struggled with getting duplcate titles and title work done in a timely manner through new york. I recieved mail from Maggard with information for their NY DMV processign and it was said to get titles within a day. They definitely held up to that because the duplicate was processed the next day after receiving my request forms and I recieved the title in the mail within 7 days. Im definitely impressed. Next NY deal we get Ill be sure to use Maggard becuase of any out of state 3rd parties I have used, they have the quickest turnaround!
