My wife and I had tenants who were basically squatters in our rental property in Stillwater and we hired Max to get them evicted. After dealing with these tenants text abuse and non payments we finally had enough. Max took them into court and was able to get them to agree to leave with stipulations to leave the property presentable to our standards and demands. Max was even able to get the judge to agree that the tenants pay some of the back rent which we didn't expect. We are happy with the results and would recommend Max if you have problematic tenants who you need to get evicted from your rental property. He's a straight to the point attorney and a very down to earth guy.
