My experience was nothing short of great. My salesperson was Will Green and he did an excellent job. What I look for is not just to have questions answered, but to have them answered with validity. Will did that, if he didn't have the answer when asked he said so and stated he would get the answer and he did. That is honesty and that is appreciated by me. However, I did feel the absence of a family run business with the purchase of this vehicle which I didn't feel with the purchase of my last suburban. All changes made are not always for the better!!!

From when I walked in the door to when I drove out with my new vehicle, I was treated with warmth and respect. Jonah is well-informed on all Chevy vehicles and was able to assist me every step of the way. Even when he handed me off to other team members for various other processes, he kept checking in to ensure my questions were answered.
