(June 28, 2023, 12:13 pm)I have been a member at Best Fitness for 18 years. While I have visited the Fuller Road and Schenectady sites from time to time in those 18 years, my main gym was the one in Westgate Plaza. I have nothing but good things to say about Best Fitness. The only reason I am leaving is because I am retiring and I no longer will be in that area on a daily basis. I've share with them that I wished they would open a gym on the 'other side of the river.' I would recommend Best Fitness to anyone and everyone - from the beginner to the gym rat looking for a new venue. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the gym itself is more than adequate for what I need. I will miss going to Best Fitness.
(June 26, 2023, 5:10 pm)I went to best fitness as a student for three years. They have great deals for students! I also LOVE their classes. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. I would have kept going here if I didn’t move far away
(June 6, 2023, 6:56 pm)This gym is amazing! It is sparkling clean and has great hours! The fitness classes are all incredible and the entire staff is the most friendly and accommodating group of young professionals I have ever encountered! I would list each by name if I could!
I love coming here especially because each and every staff person says hello and always remembers my name! I recommend joining best fitness you will be so happy you did! State of the art facility with professional trainers and group fitness instructors.! I love it here! Always a challenging workout and they are always hosting fun events on site. You really feel includes here like you are part of something bigger.And the brand new steam room is a hidden gem! Thank you for always making me feel welcome!

(May 24, 2023, 1:32 pm)I started personal training here with Rafaela just over a month ago, and I absolutely love the program she made for me. I’ve never seen more progression in my workouts. It’s perfect. She is super communicative and her schedule is very flexible for someone who’s always busy like me. She is probably one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had personally, so definitely ask for her if you’re considering personal training. Hit my goal weight for the first time today! Thanks Rafaela~
(March 29, 2023, 7:00 pm)Clean equipment, very friendly staff ( especially Rachel and Charlotte from my experiences). I used to come here a few years ago and recently renewed my membership, and it has been just as good as I remember. New saunas are great !
