Excellent place to live
My husband and I lived in the Arcade building for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about the building and management team. The apartments are newly renovated and include a lot of amenities such as one parking spot, heat, water, trash and recycling, etc. the location is ideal if you like to go on runs, walks or bike rides since access to the corning preserve is only a minute from the building. The staff and building management are extremely responsive and accommodating; all of our maintenance requests were addressed within one business day. We loved living here and would recommend it to young professionals!
This building is a great option for folks looking to live in Downtown Albany. It's quiet, secure, and has modern features and great amenities like a gym and pool room.
