I was in a major car accident 5 years ago. I was rear ended while stopped by a girl who was speeding and texting. I had significant injuries, and all were not apparent right away. I naively thought I would not need a lawyer since the girl who hit me was fully at fault and was ticketed. In wrongly assumed that my insurance company would take care of everything. Boy was I wrong. Thankfully very early on, during my concision haze, a trusted friend implored me to get a lawyer, which I reluctantly did. Long story short, thank Goodness I did. There were times when I was tempted to just give up and let them win but she repeatedly encouraged and supported me to continue to move forward to get what I was entitled to. She thought for me to get necessary medical treatment when the insurance company kept trying to deny my claim that were very clearly a result of the accident.She answered every call, every email, every text in a timely manner and always took as much time as I needed to talk to me.
