I recently had Dr David Perlmutter perform cataract surgery on me. I am so pleased at the outcome! Dr. Perlmutter is an excellent surgeon who deserves the numerous accolades from his peers. His office staff are a joy to associate with - they all offer professionalism with compassion.
It can be hard to trust any surgeon to operate on one’s eyes. But you have to pick the best doctor when it comes down to the well-being of your sight. I know that I chose the finest ophthalmologist in the Capital District and eastern New York.
Dr. Perlmutter has been my Dr. since I moved back to Albany 4 years ago. I find and his friendly, professional and helpful. He explains things in terms I understand and is an awesome Dr. Would recommend him to anyone
I have had a positive experience with Dr. Perlmutter and his staff. He is straightforward and knows his stuff, even if he doesn’t always take (or have) the time to explain things in great detail. And I cannot say enough positive things about his staff! I was a difficult patient, cancelling and rescheduling cataract surgery, losing prescriptions, and lots of pre-surgery anxiety, but they were supportive, patient and professional throughout. They deserve a shout-out!
