PROSHRED® Albany

We have been using ProShred for several years. This company is always there when they say they will be. The few times they had to reschedule, we were given proper lead time notice to plan accordingly. Occasionally, we have had to schedule additional pickup service and were able to do so very easily. An additional plus is working with Steve (the driver) as he is always very friendly, professional, courteous and accommodating. A true pleasure to work with on a Monday morning!

I use Proshred for my hard media destruction (hard disks, tapes, thumbdrives, etc) and I've always had great experiences with them. Very professional service, they use the right equipment and they had zero issues complying with any regulations I had to deal with as far as destruction certificates and verification of the assets being destroyed.
