I brought my 4 year old son to see Dr Reichert in October. She was absolutely amazing, and was very sweet and understanding with our concerns. He ended up getting his tonsils out last Wednesday and it was far better than we had expected. All of the staff was caring, sweet, and very knowledgeable. Even after the surgery she came out and sat with us in the waiting room and talked about how the procedure went and what to expect in the weeks to come. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
