Thank you Phil and Marie! Your shop is top notch. You both always make something work within my budget and when I run in on a random day of the week I always leave happier than before I walked in. They always make time even when they have a major project going on to make sure each customer leaves satisfied. This shop is elegant! I highly recommend checking them out!

Marie is fantastic. I don't live in the area and always use her when I'm ordering flowers delivered to my mom. Her customer service is top notch -- for Mother's Day I didn't pay the extra delivery fee ahead of time and she still delivered them! I'm currently visiting my mom and today I met Marie in person. She's a former nurse and just so passionate about what she does and her clients. It's obvious she is a caretaker and believes that flowers and gardening is healing. We co-designed two bouquets together and she walked me through her design process. She is a deep listener and added specific touches based on my mom's personality. Marie is an angel.

In February of this year, my parents were in Albany for my Mother's birthday. Being the busy working Mom of 3 that I am, I completely forgot to give my mother a gift before she left.

I needed flowers ASAP like 3 hours ASAP in the hotel room waiting for her on a Saturday at 3pm. Impossible you would think. I called florist after florist to no evail no one could do it. Until I reached Marie!! She called me back within 10 mins and had arranged a special delivery to be sure an arrangement arrived on time. They were gorgeous!!! The level of customer service we received, along with special accommodations was exceptional. As far as the arrangement it was exactly what I had described, the flowers were fresh, beautiful, and packaged great for traveling. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

This is the best flower shop in Albany and maybe even in the World!! I called to place an order today and was able to get a pre-arranged bouquet that was absolutely perfect for the occasion! I was not able to come into the store and was totally willing to take whatever was available sight-unseen... But the Owner, Marie, is so thoughtful, she texted me photos of the arrangement so that I could see them before they went out. She even listened to me talk about my friend, the recipient and how important she is to me. Then, she added a special touch in consideration of what I told her about my friend's style and personality. The flowers themselves were absolutely magnificent at a fantastic price. I could not have asked for more! But the BEST part of it was just talking with Marie. It's so unexpected to feel genuinely cared about and listened to and appreciated as a Customer but she did all of that and more. It was a highlight of my day to spend that time on the phone with her, that's what a wonderful person she is. I'm so grateful I came across her shop. 🌷🌹🌸

These flowers are so beautiful! Marie is so sweet and I was surprised at the variety and love put into this! I didn’t even know there was a local Black owned flower shop in Albany and this is my new favorite florist.
