The Massry Family Children’s Emergency Center at Albany Med

First time visiting here. Daughter had a high fever 104.5. All staff from the valet Parker to the Doctors, they all treated us with respect and kindness. The nurses helped get the medicine in our daughter as defiant as she was. The Doctors explained everything clearly and slowly. I don’t have anything negative to say. We came here for our child’s well being and they provided flawlessly. Thank you all!!

I had to bring my daughter to the AlbanyMed pediatric emergency room for an ongoing issue. I was surprised by the speed and efficiency of this unit. The Nurses, Doctors and staff were welcoming and helpful. They informed us of options for care and supported our decisions. All in all, it was the best Emergency Room visit I have been at. A big thank you to the staff and doctors.

Our son went in to the AMC ER this April and was treated very well. Nicholas was born at AMC and has been to the ER twice and has had the best of care both times. I highly recommend AMC Pediatric ER.
