(September 13, 2018, 10:31 am)I have had insurance with Apple Auto Agency for many years, the people in both the Albany and Troy office are always friendly, they take the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. I recently changed vehicles on my policy, Ann in the Albany office made sure everything went seamlessly, she made sure all of the paperwork that the dealer required was done and waiting for me when I arrived to pick up my car, I highly recommend them!

(February 2, 2011, 5:14 pm)Apple Auto Agency has insured me for nearly 10 years. The service has always been incredible and the people are very friendly. They explained to me that they are an independent agency, which means they have many different companies that they do business with, so that every time my policy is renewing they shop to get me the best price they can, not like a company on the internet, toll free number, or company store, where there is only 1 price forever....Plus they have an office in Troy also, I live in Troy and work in Albany, convenient!! I love this place i'll never leave.
