Best latin dance scene in the Capital Region! Excellent dance venue and great friends!

Lenny is a jack of all trades! His Zumba classes are a great workout and an inclusive community! He is also a Latin dance king and offers great Latin dance classes and socials on the weekend! Studio is clean! Colorful lights, beautiful wooden floors, etc!

So I wasn't there for the fitness session! I was there for a photo shoot, but the place has a really nice feel! I'm thinking about going for a fitness class! If I do I'll write a new review about that! Stay tuned!

Lenny is the beat trainer around and his dance fitness classes are a lot of fun. His place is spotless and he is really careful with all safety precautions.

Lenny is an amazing fitness instructor! He is welcoming and inclusive, and makes sure everyone who attends has a great time. The studio space is impeccably clean, bright and spacious. I highly recommend checking out any/all of his classes, as well as classes put on my those who rent the space!
