Ellena provided an amazing experience!!! I was nervous about getting waxed again because my first experience with a different esthetician was unpleasant, rushed, and extremely painful despite taking painkillers before the appointment. Ellena was the complete opposite! She was very friendly and professional, the office was a vibe - warm and inviting, she talked me through each part of the process, and the pain was very minimal!!! (And I wasn’t on any painkillers this time)
