“The care is great Dr Margono Dr Baker Dr Vargese & Dr Kittle are really informative friendly & detailed when explaining things. The one & only thing I hate is when you call you have to leave a Voicemail & there have been plenty of times when I leave a voicemail on a Monday and Tuesday morning & don’t receive a call back until a Wednesday or if you leave a message 10am Monday they don’t return your call until Monday 3:15pm. I think that’s ridiculous but the care is great.”

Hopefully he doesn't always remember me for my Angelina Jolie lips description joke 😆 great guy and I'm happy he's my doctor! I felt completely comfortable talking to him and look forward to him taking care of all related needs. Office staff is also very friendly. I really enjoyed the presence of Jess, too. Great practice; they really have your back!”

“No one wants to be here for service. However, every staff member I have interacted with has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Came in to the ER and the first person we talked to was Susan Upright and she was friendly and super helpful. The ER was crowded but it appeared that she and the staff were doing what they could to accommodate everyone in the ER to the best of their abilities. The ER staff member Cody Yates was another standout! Very helpful and encouraging. He answered questions and assisted in moving me around since I had limited mobility. After that, I saw many different staff members. All helpful. All friendly. Thank you Albany Med for doing a great job.”

“Our 5 yr old son had a procedure here about a month ago and I have to say that nearly all the staff were wonderful. The anesthesiologists, residents, nurses and Dr. Carpenter we’re all so nice and made us feel a lot less stressed throughout the time we were there. It’s scary when your kid has a surgical procedure but I can’t say enough great things about the pediatric team here. Thank you!”

My daughter came in to the ER miserable and lethargic and left feeling a lot better and several times since being home mentioned how nice the nurse was to her. Thank you! it’s professionals such as yourself that make a huge difference especially for the perception and experience of a child having to utilize the ER. From check in to discharge my concerns felt heard and addressed. What a great staff today.”
