I’m a new patient and from the moment I walked in the side door, the ladies at the front desks were smiling and very welcoming. I was seen promptly and things were explained completely step by step. Dr Braim was very thorough and took the time for all my questions and concerns. Awesome !! C u next year 👍👍

I had such a good experience at Buenau’s! When I walked in the ladies at the desk were so friendly and bright! The doctors I saw, Dr Eric Carson and Mike Buenau were so nice and so informative. The woman who helped me pick out my frames was very fun to work with, you could just tell all of these people really enjoy their job and the work that they do. The overall attitude is so positive! The office is very easy to get in touch with, I’m never put on hold for long periods of time and they scheduled me in very quickly. If I could rate them with more stars I would! 10/10 service

My family of 5 have been going to Buenos for many years now. Everything from quick scheduling of appointments, friendly staff, great customer service and knowledgeable clinicians! Recent experience of ordering a pair of glasses for our daughter resulted in her not preferring how they looked after receiving them and low and behold, Buenos worked with us to get a pair she now loves! That is just one situation out of several through the years. You can’t put a price on your eyes, so it’s important to take good care of them and I feel this is the best place to do so! Thank you for all you offer your customers!

My old optometrist war retiring so after talking with friends and family members Buenaus was highly recommended. Judy Revai OD was specifically recommended. So I made my appointment and was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was wonderful, they took the time to explain the insurance aspect of my visit which helped me make the best informed decisions. Overall very happy with my visit and plan on keeping them for all my vision needs and I will be recommending them to my family and friend's.

We had a great experience with them. From making sure our vision insurance covers their services, to picking out frames. They make the process go as smoothly as possible. Me and my husband found frames that we both liked because they had a bunch of options- from classic styles to new and trendy ones.
