  Thanks to McSharry Realty, my partner and I are living in our dream home. When we decided to buy a house I was very skeptical that we would be able to find a place that we liked and could afford in this crazy market. I had heard about bidding wars and the concessions sellers were making to get a house, and was very apprehensive. Our first meeting with Julie and Patrick put all that to rest. They reassured us that our dream was attainable and that they would work with us to make it happen. We liked that we didn’t have to sign a contract and appreciated their emphasis on integrity.
  We looked at A LOT of houses over a year’s time. Julie quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and even reminded us of it when we got discouraged and considered settling on something that wasn’t right for us. Her perspective on the pros and cons of the houses we saw was very helpful. We never felt rushed.
  When we finally found our house, Julie used her knowledge as a seller’s agent to guide us in presenting the strongest offer we could. It was accepted! We could not imagine a more perfect house for us!
  I moved frequently when I was younger and have bought more than a few houses. It amazes me that in the most challenging market of my time, I had the absolute best buying experience with McSharry Realty.

  Our experience could not have been better. Julie and Patrick took the time to know us and worked with patiently as we looked at scores of homes. They listened to our likes and dislikes and we did find what we were hoping for. Throughout the year we enjoyed every time we got together. Thank you so much.

  Patrick has helped us through 4 transactions over the past 15 years. He is very knowledgeable about market values, buyer expectations and sellers concerns and needs. He and his wife, Julie, are a wonderful team. They truly guided us through the process from initial meeting, pricing, staging, taking professional photos, and then expertly marketing our home. Our last home went on the MLS just as the market was changing and interest rates were rising. Our house took a few months to sell and we were very nervous but Patrick and Julie were calm and steady throughout the process. We did sell for very close to our asking price and moved right before Christmas 2022. We highly recommend McSharry & Associates if you want to buy or sell a home in the Capital Region.

  Most recently, Patrick and Julie helped us navigate both the changing housing market as well as all of the options available to us as a seller and a buyer. We sold our house in Loudonville in 2021 and bought our forever home in Delmar in 2022. The process was seamless and they were always available when we needed anything at all. There is no doubt that we would not have been able to get as much as we did for the sale of our house without McSharry and Associates. We listened to them and did everything they recommended.
