Craig & Brian just did an awesome job servicing my gas insert and they helped diagnose my chimney which needs repair. They were professional, pleasant and very kind!! I highly recommend Northeastern Services and Brenda in the office is super cool! They rock!!

While no one else seems to be working these days, Northeastern Fireplace is in full swing - their install team shows up on time, is super efficient, professional etc. and the experience could not be more perfect. Plus the new propane log set is amazing! WOW!

I've had some ups and downs with Northeastern Chimney over the past decade, and now that they're up to $300 to sweep a chimney, the service is excellent. While it's a $100 more than I think I should be paying, the top notch service I received almost makes up for the higher price. The tech was perfect. Polite, thorough, cleaned everything, explained everything. Their wood stove liners come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're cleaned/inspected annually. Good selection of wood and gas stoves.

Switched from a wood stove to a gas stove and Northeastern was great. Brenda at the showroom answered all of our questions and gave us good information and a fair price. Brian and his partner did an amazing job installing our new gas stove. They were friendly, professional, neat and clean. They were also gracious enough to remove our old wood stove and move it into our shed for us. I would definitely recommend Northeastern.
